Construction of a 16,747 SF, one-story steel-framed building, including laboratory space, office space, conference rooms, and break room. The central plant expansion portion of the project includes the addition of a new chiller and replacement of the existing cooling tower with a new cooling tower along with associated pumps and piping, as well as modifications to the existing hot water and chilled water distributing systems. The labs contain state-of-the-art water quality testing equipment and stations to support the Inland Empire Utilities Agency.
