Construction of a new two-story, 8,000 SF building, including basement and covered walkways. The building consists of five classrooms, a new elevator tower, and is fully sprinklered. Scope also includes a connection breezeway to the existing original historic building structure, two large playground areas, a new on-site parking lot for staff, and pedestrian walkway through the campus.
