The project includes the design and construction of both the Recuperative Care Center (RCC) and Residential Treatment Program (RTP) facilities. The RCC facility requires the construction of one 21,000 s.f., 2-story Type V Construction building. The RTP facility will consist of the construction of five 9,000 s.f., 2-story Type V Construction buildings.
