Design and construction of a new Administration building (approximately 10,036 s.f.), new Warehouse/Shared Facilities building (approximately 7,488 s.f.) and the new Stable building (approximately 4,213 s.f.). The new Stable building design will visually represent a reconstruction of the historic Stable building which was originally located on the eastern edge of the existing Water Resources Department campus. The project also includes site walls and gates, covered material storage bins, vehicular and pedestrian paving, hardscape, landscape planting and irrigation system, utility systems, site lighting and site security with access control systems.
