Description

Takeover and completion of a new 83,000 SF, three-story educational building featuring 20 new classrooms and a number of “smart classrooms.” The building features the Westerbeck Recital Hall, which is a state-of-the-art acoustically engineered live performance theater, as well as a new professional grade Black Box theater with audience touch and arena seating. The facility also includes a variety of instrumental instruction and practice labs, custom-designed computer, photography and artistry labs, over 1,200 SF of sound proof practice and recording studios, and a 900 SF automated music library with multiple rehearsal and lecture halls.
