This phased project added 75,000 SF of new space to the existing campus. Phase one consisted of the buildout of 29 new classrooms in a two-story building with site improvements. Phase two consisted of the new construction of a single-story administration building with commercial kitchen and below grade parking. Both buildings were Type V fully sprinkled.
