Renovation and upgrade of a 72,000 SF building including new MEP systems, telecommunication services, fire/life safety systems, and upgrades for energy efficient lighting. Scope included abatement of hazardous materials, replacement of the existing roofing system, and installation of two new accessible elevators. In addition, state-of-the-art Learning Center Technology Initiative equipment was installed in all instructional classrooms and classroom labs. Notably, the building’s original 1957 exterior facade was renovated with all new glazing, window framing, and an energy efficient window system.
