Seismic upgrade and modernization of an existing 30,000 s.f. Kitchen/Cafeteria/Dining/Classroom/Parking Building. The building is wood framed, 2-stories over a reinforced concrete parking garage. The seismic upgrade includes upgrades to the existing elevator, complete remodel of classrooms, dining areas and office space, complete remodel of the kitchen with new equipment, new roofing system with tubular skylights and accessibility upgrades. In addition to the seismic upgrade work, a new structural steel / metal deck lunch shelter area will be constructed with tubular skylights, site work, landscape and irrigation.
