KEMP FOUNDATION MISSION STATEMENT
The Kemp Foundation seeks to build, inspire, and create impact by going beyond ourselves to engage industry resources, bring purpose to our work, and meet the needs of our community.
Some of our project partners include:
The Hope Harbor Project is an Orange County Rescue Mission group home for homeless teen boys who are in need of hope and healing. Kemp provided interior renovations including drywall, plumbing, electrical, structural, and more. Partnering with our subs and industry resources, we committed to going beyond ourselves to provide a home for young men who are experiencing homelessness and the results were phenomenal.
Recently, Kemp lost one of our finest employees and hard-working friends, Angel Rodriguez. In honor of his remarkable sense of commitment, the “Angel Rodriguez Scholarship” is awarded annually to the most deserving Kemp employee or employee family member pursuing higher education. In addition to this special scholarship, we also award Kemp Foundation Scholarships.
Kemp employee, Juan Guzman started The Restless Hearts Foundation with his wife and a few friends by packing sandwiches for the homeless. Kemp learned of Juan’s passion to serve the homeless and immediately wanted to support his efforts. With the help of other Kemp families, we have partnered with Restless Hearts to provide hope and practical support to the LA Homeless community on multiple occasions.
We couldn’t do it without you and we wouldn’t want to. Thank you for dreaming big with us!
